Spring is the time for change and also the time for more houses for sale. Realtors can’t keep up with the many changes in the mortgage industry. Many clients who qualified for mortgages last year cannot get a mortgage this year. Please call your mortgage company to be re-qualified. If you are not currently working with a company, call a realtor to get the name and number for trustworthy mortgage companies.
Interesting fact: If you wait for house prices to go down 10%, and interest rates go up just 1%, your payment will be the same.
