As always Spring is an exciting season full of growth and bloom. The real estate market follows this trend. We are seeing more houses on the market and more houses selling. First time home buyers are taking full advantage of the government’s $8000.00 tax rebate.

There are also some other changes that have occurred in the last few days...we are seeing interest rates rising. Many buyers that are sitting on the fence waiting to see if rates can go any lower may now have missed the boat. Also, buyers that qualified last week may not qualify now due to the slight rise in rates. It’s really a shame but greed often has negative effects.
